Shoko was late in arriving (30 minutes later than the 2 hour window) and when he did arrive he was going to the wrong address until I called out his name as I was waiting outside. He never contacted me by phone, instead I called him as he hadn't arrived within the time frame to make sure he was definitely coming; he said he will be here within 5 minutes; 15 minutes later he arrived. I would have preferred someone who was closer to my address instead of other side of London, which meant extra fuel used to collect and deliver.

Alternator repair done quickly and to a high standard. No issues with it since. We had agreed 11am-1pm and he didnt arrive until about 4:30pm but I understand other jobs clearly had unexpected issues. Friendly and happy to answer questions once he arrived.

Mechanic was late, but he called in advance and let me know, and I was ok with that. Once the mot was completed, he called and let me know the mot passed and when he’d expect to be back. Once back, he updated the servicing manual and I thanked him. I’m happy with the service provided and would be happy to recommend him again for any repairs/servicing
