Blaize was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The job took longer than expected due to additional parts not being delivered when he was expecting them. When he was working on the car, he sent video updates via WhatsApp and called me on other days to keep me updated of the progress. I would definitely recommend Blaize and I would use him again.

Couldn't of asked for a better person to help me. Inspected the car fully and confirmed my issue before i splashed cash on rectifying the issue. Super friendly and funny guy, explained all possible options to me. Spent a good amount of time confirming and diagnosing the fault and asked lots of questions to make sure he had a good picture of the issue. Before he left, he made sure to answer all my questions and reminded me of the best options to take. Looked smart and well presentable too and was very polite and respectful. He called me before the allocated time slot to inform me of when he will arrive and he arrived on time.

Brandon is a really friendly guy. Knows his way around cars, and even though this was a just a service & MOT, he highlighted general wear & tear areas to pay attention in the future. Although he was delayed getting here, he kept me informed throughout. Also, the MOT tester let him/me down, so he had to come back next day to complete the job. No complaining from Brandon. Just a ‘can do’ attitude!
