Daniel picked the car up at the specified time, he informed me it had failed the m.o.t at 4.30, he brought the car back at 7 .50 .the mileage on the m.o.t failure and the miles on the clock was a 48 miles ,the miles from Warrington from Wigan is 12miles he informed me the day after that the retest would have to be postponed till the following day why?also his macdonalds litter was thrown on the floor at the rear ,the work was done as requested would I use you again ? Would you?

Simon was fantastic, great communication, knowledgeable and friendly! Rang ahead of time to introduce himself and confirm details plus discuss the inspection and let me know what to expect . Really instilled confidence in the service - will def use again especially if in Simon's area. The follow up phone call was much appreciated to discuss the report in full. The report was emailed to me so I could read at leisure but the phone calls were icing on the cake and an opportunity to discuss things. Much better than RAC/AA!

Great guy, job proved more tricky than expected but he kept me in the loop and discussed options on how to proceed, with minimal disruption (and cost) to me. Was also good at communicating when he would be arriving to do the job. Would be happy to use him again.

George is a top mechanic. Arrived early and was very respectful and helpful throughout. Talked me through what work he was carrying out and showed me the parts which he replaced. 100% would recommend him to anyone!

Garry was fantastic, I cannot praise his skill, efficiency nor his ability enoughy! He contacted me via phone to let me know when I could expect him and he arrived on time and finished within the time he'd suggested. The quality of work was high, and I feel confident about the new brakes he installed. I would highly rate him and would use the service again.

The mechanic missed his initial appointment time which is fine. He contacted me and explained the siutation with an earlier job which was difficult. It was more the communication with the seller was poor (owner of the inspected vehicle). We rescheduled for Tuesday and gave one time to me and another time for the seller and showed up late. He rang me after the inspection and was quite vague about the condtion of the vehicle. Kept saying 'it wasn't good and he's seen better'. When in actual fact he was giving me his opinion on the vehicle aesthetic and not the structural integrity and mechiancal working of the vehicle itself. He said if he had the choice he wouldn't buy the vehicle himself. Later in the conversation though he did clarify that the vehicle was actually in pretty good condition with no major structural defects and that it run smoothly. His report was questionable considering he stated the rearview mirror was in 'good working condition' when there is no rearview mirror fitted. He forgot to read the vehicle mileage and so had to ask me for it so he could put it on the report. He did not pick up on the advisories which were outlined in the MOT that the vehicle underwent 2 days later (steering gaiter and suspension arm pin). The vehicle did pass the MOT. I question his experience with vans as he wasn't aware of the vehicle value and didn't pick up on the advisories. He didn't check seat upholstery because seat covers were fitted - an oversight in my opinion. Ultimately I lost faith in the credibility of the report through my interactions.
