Matt was punctual and gave me a courtesy call 20 mins before arrival. He was methodical in his diagnostic approach of the fault my vehicle had and genuinely wanted to get to the source of the issue. He also explained everything he was doing and why.

Eric was professional and helpful. We talked on the phone after the inspection and he was honest and helpful, answering questions and giving his thoughts. The sellers said he was polite and friendly and a pleasure to work with!

Diagnosed the fault almost immediately after opening the bonnet. Very knowledgeable and even gave tips to avoid other problems in the future. Got me out of a pinch after a garage I had booked in cancelled on me an hour before I was supposed to be there. Arrived at 6.15pm on a Saturday to help me out, couldn’t fault the service.

The booking was for 8am to 10am, arrival was 16:00 to be instructed 35 minutes later they cannot do the job. It was mainly me the customer keeping in touch as opposed to the other way round, little frustrated as I maneuvered my whole week for this car repair. The assist scratched my fairly newly furbished alloy wheel and tried to deny it, clearly he knew he had done it.

I was very upset. I've had a long term oil leak for 3 yrs. A big job which 40 mechanics have refused. Therefore, I have had to top the oil up every 2 days for those 3 years... A very well dressed and polite man came to fetch my vehicle, on time. Stated the engine would again need cleaning, I agreed to the £50 asked... I did speak with their mechanic, it would be expensive which I expected so we decided upon a date so my jeep was brought home for my use inbetween. On opening the bonnet after he had left to check on the oil level...I was shocked to find the engine cover was missing 😳 I telephoned and asked for it to be returned they refused. So needless to say I did not progress with the repair. I did pay "Simply Mechanic"

Great service from start to finish. Replaced my brake discs and pads quickly and professionally.
