Jamie was great. Let me know when he was going to get here and was straight to work trying to figure out what was wrong with my car window (it wouldn't go up) and he knew what it was pretty much straight away. In the end he managed to secure my window shut and advised me of the part I needed to fix it, and he even offered to come back and fit it if I could get one (my cars parts are difficult to source so he couldn't get hold of it, but I wasn't surprised) and he left me his card. I will probably try to source the part myself and give him a ring as he was very polite and professional and got the job done.

Daniel was fantastic. He contacted me within an hour of the booking and was very quick to attend. He was efficient and explained the whole process to me. I could not recommend him enough!

Michael did a great full service and discs and pads replaced on my mini cooper d. Michael was very honest and told me the rear discs and pads still got sometimes before I do need them replaced. The gentleman (Leo) who picked up and delivered my car was very polite and professional. Very much recommend Michael to service your car.

Despite being unable to carry out the work today, the mechanic was really lovely. They arrived on time, and very apologetic that the repair was unable to be done. This was no fault of theirs, it was something else that was wrong with the car

Mechanic was friendly and completed the work without a problem. Was fairly fast for a clutch, and was happy to explain everything.

Usmaan was amazing from the start to the end. Messaged me as soon as he accepted the job and kept me updated with everything. Even sent me pictures of the old glow plugs coming out and the new ones going in. Would highly recommend him and didn’t even have to leave home for this service. Collect the vehicle on time and returned it on time too.
