Yes he was helpful. I'm happy with knowing what the problem was. But not happy with the price he quoted. £645 was his price. I ended up getting my brother inlaw to do the same job. And I saved £200 in total on the brakepads, discs, and the calipers.

Lee was great - really knowledgeable and friendly - and offered to come earlier if that suited me. After replacing the alternator (which he'd been booked to do), he found that the battery needed replaced. We couldn't get a new one due to the time of day but he let me know exactly what to do
