Simon was lovely, friendly and on time, even though the issue puzzled him he done his best to try and find the problem. He even came back once the battery was drained to check if it was the battery or an electric fault. Would recommend Simon and would book him again.

Kami was really professional and let me at easy with the prospect of buying a car that was far from me. Having him there instead gave me peace of mind. He communicated with me on the way to the dealer and after the inspection,which not favorable for me buying the car but in the end of the day it saved me some good money as I could have got into trouble later if I had bought that car with serious problems that Kami was able to spot. I am really really for him and click mechanic who offers such a useful service for us.

The 2 men that dropped my car off in t morning and the afternoon were very friendly and answered every question I asked them as I hadn't used this service before. The 1 thing I do think they could improve on is communication as I got an email at around lunchtime that my car had passed the MOT but I had 2 ring up to ask them when my car would be dropped back off at my house. As it was the 1st time I had used this service I wasn't sure how it worked so maybe they would have phoned me at some point. But overall I am very happy with the service I received

I’m happy with the work but communication needs to be improved. I called in the morning to see when they were collecting the car (10am-midday time slot booked) they said just after 11am. They called at 11am to say they’d collect it between 2-3pm. I would have gone out that morning had I known this earlier as I cancelled plans to be in. They collected at 2.20pm at this point I asked if the work would definitely be competed that day (I was aware it was booked as a 5 hour job) and they said as long as the part arrived it would be completed that day. Apparently they can’t order in advance of the day as click mechanic won’t let them, which should be made clear. I called at 8pm the number they called me from, no answer. At 9pm I called via click mechanic and they weren’t happy at all I was calling a business at 9pm and said the car wasn’t ready as it was a 10 hour job and they shut at 6pm, the part only arrived at 3pm. I said the person collecting the keys/car at 2.20pm said it would be ready if the part arrived, which it did 40minutes later. No one had called to say the car wouldn’t be ready, he said it was 9pm and they only call when the car is ready. My car was left at my house around 1.30pm the next day and the keys out through my door. No one phoned to say it was ready, which I wouldn’t really expect as the car was returned. It would have saved a lot of hassle if they had explained in advance they couldn’t order the part until the day, collection time had been accurate the first time and the person collecting not told me it would be ready that day if the part arrived as I needed my car for work the following day. I did not appreciate someone I complaining I was calling at 9pm to see where my car was, which I didn’t think was unreasonable given it was a 5 hour job and the part arrived at 3pm and I was told it would be ready.
