Rhys was brilliant he couldn't have been more helpful, my main dealer couldn't fit me in for over 3 weeks to check a vague warning fault and I didn't want to continue driving in case it caused damage. This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic but the service was brilliant, Rhys came within 4 hours of being booked and fixed the fault :) I highly recommend the service

Joe Kept me updated on when he was coming to do repair.. The replacement starter motor was replaced quickly and explained the soliniod had failed.. He tested it to see what the problem was.. Top job he even cleaned the engine bay.. Very happy with the work he did ..

I have no idea if they were knowledgeable. My questions were not directly answered. Service was for battery replacement. They did not check the required battery size for the car and brought the battery supplied by ClickMechanic which was larger. Accordingly the battery could not fit while retaining the battery tray and sleeve that the battery manufacturer put in. This did not seem safe but the mechanic repeatedly said they knew what they were doing and no issues were envisaged with putting a larger battery in. I agreed but then they had to fold and place cardboard sheets underneath the battery for elevation. Again when asked to explain if this was safe the answer was unsatisfactory.

Kami arrived within the allocated window and carried out the inspection. I just wish he called me immediately on completion, as I was waiting on his green light to transfer funds.

Florin gave me an excellent service collecting van and then delivering it straight to my door. The job required long hours (replacing clutch) but he still found time to respond to my texts and calls. I was kept informed throughout. A very personable guy willing to help. Definitely would use him again!

Adrian has been an absolute star from start to finish. If the car had been half the star, it would have started!! Faultless (unlike the car), responsive (unlike the car) and extremely communicative (unlike..yeah...) and then Adrian brought his magic and we have our car back. Adrian was fantastic throughout, I wouldnt hesitate to use again and am happily highly recommending to friends and fam already. Gold stars all round :)
