I never met Kieran, he carried out a pre sale inspection of a car for me and I was not present. Kieran was quick to reply to text messages regarding the appointment and was fine with change of location when I made a mistake entering details. I paid for a standard check but didn't receive a telephone discussion which is included in the price. Unfortunately the seller sold the car to a different buyer within hours of the inspection. They assumed I was no longer interested as they didn't hear from me immediately after the inspection, I contacted the seller first thing the following morning to find out car was sold. Based on this experience I would advise people to communicate very clearly with their seller re how they wish to proceed as for me it has been a bit of a waste of £120. Read more
