today i was bored and i saw a hugh trolleyjack near my van so i jacked it up and started looking at the linkages balljoints etc. there was play in the steerring when grabing both wheels with a collegue on the other side play was evident. The reason i did this is because clickmechanic had at no point in the inspection raised my vehicle to do a proper check on the steering and suspension . This vehicle has worn out suspension and the ride height of a sports car. it is not possible to examine the underside without raising the vehicle. clickmechanic did not do this. i think im owed a refund. the report is inaccurate and hastily put together as was the inspection itself. it states that the examination was carried out by a different mechanic

Can't recommend highly enough! Came out quickly, identified the problem within a few seconds and fixed it within an hour and replaced the parts also. Told me exactly what had happened and what they had done too. 10/10

The mechanic who came from LDN auto services was great. Good communication / friendly and a quick and efficient service. Our car was collected at 8 am and returned by lunch time. We received a follow up call toake sure everything had been okay. Would highly recommend.

Chris gave me a call the day before he was due to repair the car in order to gain an understanding of the fault. He actually arrived early to carry out the repair. He replaced the starter motor, tested it several times. He was very polite and said if I get any issues give him / clickmechanic a call.
