Arrived on time to carry out a pre-purchase inspection on a Rover Mini Cooper. Received a comprehensive checklist back by e-mail with some really helpful written notes by the mechanic. Very happy with the thorough check and the Mini was a good purchase.

Got held up on a previous job so were a tad late. Can’t fault the quality of the work. They turned up and cracked straight on with the job.

Terry telephoned to tell me how far away he was, arrived earlier than scheduled ( a nice bonus) very polite and friendly, worked efficiently. Front brake discs and pads replaced, after Terry finished the job ensured locking nut was returned to me, advised on brake use over next couple of days until they bed in. First class would definitely use again previously only used main Vauxhall dealership however after this experience those days may be over.
