derek arrived punctually and in no time was able to use the diagnosis tools to determine no ongoing fault , indicated on the engine management system warning lights. Reset warning lights and engine management lights on permanently did not reoccur. Advised what the fault was that had been indicated should something happen again on a journey . Did not try to sell me anything that wasn’t necessary to do which I appreciated the honesty given to the job .

First of all, I'm very happy with the work which was done - the car was given a jump start, driven to the garage, had a new battery fitted and was returned promptly. Very pleasant interaction. Communication could have been better. They were due to arrive between 0930-1130 and I had scheduled my day around this. When they didn't turn up, I rang a couple of times & was told they were running late. That in itself if no problem - we all run late from time to time - but if would have been helpful to receive a txt message with this information.
