I only used ClickMechanic because I needed a spring replaced quickly, and my usual garage was booked for weeks. I really regret not waiting. These guys made an absolute mess of my car! I went in for a simple spring replacement, but they ended up completely butchering my car costing me hundreds of pounds to fix at a reputable garage. They fitted a non-genuine spring on the near side incorrectly and butchered the anti-roll bar. Then in an attempt to balance things out they removed the genuine off side spring (which was only fitted new 4 months previous) and fitted a non-genuine one very badly. It honestly looked like they had no clue what they were doing—after messing up the first spring, they tried to fix the offside one and just made it worse. They caused such a mess that they eventually refunded my money, but I had to pay even more to get my car properly fixed at another garage due to the damage they caused. As a side note, Farhad claims to have various certifications as a mechanic on his ClickMechanic profile, but he actually admitted to me that he’s not even a mechanic and has to consult with his colleague, who clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing either. Stay far away from this outfit—they’re a disgrace!
