What can I say apart from the usual buzz words... Service Sells not only were they exceptional in customer service they were conscientious, polite, punctual proficient with world class work ethics and completely drama free, what a refreshing change. My old mechanic of 30 yrs has retired so using someone new was a culture shock but as above not only did the meet my expectations they exceeded them and the quality of work simply awesome. Moving forward, It would appear i've found a replacement for my prior mechanic where old school values and caring about your craft and customer base is ingrained in these genuinely nice helpful mechanics, what a joy and may these principles continue within them.

Steven was great, click mechanic not so good. Charged me for booking the service and MOT and then added another £200 on to the bill on top of what the garage charged me for additional work. What is that charge for? Nothing it seems!
