Placed an order for the job. 20 mins later got a call from the mechanic (Kyriacos). Said would be with me in 1/2 and he was!! Arrived job done in 25 mins… from placing order for the job to Kyriacos leaving took 1 1/2. Try and get that service at a garage….

When my local garage was booked up for ages, Mike was able to come the next day. He was prompt and communicated well about arrival time. Very friendly and helpful he showed me what the problem was and also carried out a full health check on the vehicle, finding another couple of minor issues that needed attention. I was apprehensive about using Clickmechanic but as soon as I has spent 5 mins talking to Daniel (mechanic) I was very confident I’d made correct decision. Did major service on my Juke. Assured me there would be no mess. Protected the driveway. He even ran diagnostics check on issue car had even though only booked service. When finished took me through everything he had done in detail, showed the removed parts and even had taken photos and videos of him doing the work just to make sure I was happy. Brilliant service from him and nice friendly person. You don’t get this from a dealer. Definitely use him again👍

Chris was very helpful - explained in detail what the problem was and didn’t rush. No repairs were carried out as it was a diagnostic appointment booked but offered further support if needed.
