They were very good at letting me know what was needed. Considering they stepped in at the last minute after my other mechanic fell ill, they did a really good job. The drivers who picked up and dropped off my car were very considerate and courteous. They will need to take your car inside the ULEZ and they asked me to pay for that which you need to be aware of. But for ease of use and no headaches they made it easy to have the work done.

Karl rang to give his ETA and arrived on time. Did a full diagnostic check but unfortunately couldn't rectify it. Explained what he had found out and advised me that it needed to be rectified urgently.

Jason was top notch , replaced water pump housing ,water pump and timing belt then replaced all the gubbings that he had to remove to get to it . I am very happy with the work he carried out and would highly recommend him.
