First the positives - the mechanic was a nice guy who immediately recognised that he had done work for me before. Diagnosis of the battery problem was quick and when he eventually had the correct replacement it was fitted swiftly. Less positive was that he arrived 20 min after the end of the "premium" priced appointment slot, initially tried to fit the wrong battery, then disappeared for ages getting the correct one. Work completed 2hr and 10min after the end of the "premium" priced appointment slot. Mechanic very apologetic... but Click Mechanic less so!

Arrived early and was very informative about the result of the inspection and answered any question that I had.

Ben and his brother were outstanding, they worked really hard to get things done, late into the evening, even in the rain. Suppliers gave them the wrong parts but they were still willing to try and at least get whatever was possible done.

Richard , the mechanic was A1 . He did my front discs and pads, and made the job look easy , that`s what i call professional. Couldn`t be happier and would have him as my mechanic if i need him.
