Barry was very good explaining there may be a parts issue at the beginning, due to 2 different size brake pads the car. Fortunately the ones he had were the correct ones.

Ebo and the two technicians he sent were all personable and communicative. However they turned up at 09:15 when booked for 14:00-16:00. They found the screws attaching the disc to the hub were immovable and so drilled them out. There was no drill on the van so had to wait for Ebo to come and fix. No road test on finishing the job but I found a continuous scraping noise so reported to Ebo who agreed to come next day. I called him at 16:00 since he had not arrived; he had forgotten but travelled immediately and fixed.
