Yes, Anhar rang and actually didn’t work a day early collecting the car from my husbands work - returned quickly. All seems well

MR KYNACOS did the service and MOT on Friday then phoned to return the car on the Saturday. It is now Monday 17th I have not seen any sign of Mr Kynacos or of my FORD B MAX. Perhaps you will contact Mr Kynacos to find out what is he doing. Regards Ray Bowman.

James was due 5pm and arrived at 8.40pm, he did ring ahead to check if ok to still come- as my car is off the road and needed asap I agreed- albeit reluctantly. It was a diagnostic booking and as it was dark he struggled to see anything. He didnt know what the issue was so told me to get a battery replacement as it was under warranty. I did struggle to get any answers or info but heard a lot about his whole life story, where he goes on holiday, his car, his clothes his kids etc etc. He seemed absolutely clueless when it came to my car, which the A A had already advised me its likely the alternator and need a replacement belt. I advised James of this & James googled a few things then just said change battery and hope for the best!!!! Having used click mechanic many times in the past ,this will be the last time I use you., Zero confidence in them turning up on time. 4 hours late in the pitch black is bad!! Zero confidence in the 'mechanic' actually knowing anything about the problem instead of just advising me to hope for the best!! Very disappointed and now £75.08 lighter for no answers & a very clueless mechanic!
