The usual smooth and efficient service from ClickMechanic and I cannot recommend Shammy and Road Angels highly enough. Booked in for an MOT, full service, brakes, timing belt and with the instruction to go over it and sort anything that wasn’t spot on. Road Angels didn’t let me down. Shammy called me to let me know the bits that weren’t quite right and, after I told him to go ahead and sort, it came back feeling like a new van. Am I pleased with what I received from Road Angels? Let’s just say Shammy will be doing all the work required on the van in the future.

All sorted. Difficult to diagnose a Touareg coolant leak and being honest I doubted the diagnoses (oil cooler) but happy to report 6 weeks later we have not had any further coolant losses. Would definitely use again. Thanks

It was a worry booking a mechanic online, however I had no reason to worry at all. My mechanic arrived on time. He went out of his way to make sure that he had all the correct parts and managed to fix my car no problem. And even gave great advice and reassurance when I was worrying about the longevity of my car. He was friendly and explained things clearly to me. Very pleased, thank you.

Absolutely spot on service identifying the issue and the best way forwards to get it reviewed. The mechanic was later than the appointment time, which caused knock on effects to plans, but apologised on arrival.

Shaun was brilliant, he was really honest and knowledgeable, unfortunately he couldn't finish the work same day due to a seized bolt but he returned the very next day and completed the repair, couldn't ask for a better service.

Friendly and knowledgeable, came out to home to diagnose issue, arrived at 4pm on a cold, drizzly Saturday and diagnosed problem at side of the road. Won't hesitate to use again with any future issues.
