Inspection work - did a great review of the car and identified problems that weren't known before

I am completely disillusioned with Click Mechanic and will never use them again. Their system allows a mechanic to accept a job even if they are over 50 miles away. They claim the confirmation email states the location of the mechanic but it doesn’t or it didn’t in my case. I raised numerous cases and contacted the company direct but they were are closed without my knowledge and I have had to absorb £30 petrol on top of the price. Not only that the car was returned as filthy as I ve ever seen it. I raised numerous ‘complaints’ about this sending in photos but they claimed it was just normal filth from the road which it most definitely wasn’t. It must have been driven up a dirt track or something. Click Mechanic continually batted away any responsibility for a dissatisfied customer and simply closed my complaint without my knowledge. Totally unacceptable customer service and would would never recommend anyone using them as there is no come back for customer issues.

Luke couldn't have been better. Very knowledgable with his work and helped me understand more to do with my car. Carried out the work within a very reasonable time and was very friendly and nice to talk with. Would highly recommend.

Euan was friendly, Communicated by text and updated re slight arrival time change . All good Confirmed verbally what he would doing re the service. Carried out the work on site, albeit in the rain without any complaints and efficiently. Provided advise on additional work to be considered in the near future Would recommend

Jason was knowledgeable and made sure he would carry out all the work necessary, being honest with if the repairs were worth it. He managed to fix the issue within around an hour, with minimal costs. I would highly recommend, very honest and gets on with the job.

Ryan was efficient and knowledgeable, he worked consistently and completed the job within the time frame I expected. Highly recommended and will book again. I have always referred Click Mechanic to a work colleague.

Sorin was a great experience as a mechanic. First time using click mechanic so wasn’t too sure what to expect. 2 mechanics showed up to my house and fitted a new timing belt and full service within a few hours. Gave me some additional tips to help keep the car running smoothly after the work. Car has been great the past couple of days since the works been done. Will definitely use again.
