I never met the mechanic, but their pickup/return drivers were polite and professional and the requested work appears to have been done to correct the issue. My concern was the lack of communication and the assumptions made regarding returning the vehicle in a timely manner. I started work at 0300, and had selected the earliest pickup slot available (0800-1000) because the quote page said the job was 2-3 hours to be completed. The vehicle was collected at 0910 and nothing was heard from the mechanic until I rang up to find out, 7+ hours after collection, where my vehicle was and why nobody had bothered to contact me? I was then informed the vehicle would be returned sometime between 1800-1900, eventually it turned up at 1820. 9 hours without being kept informed made for a very long and tiresome day. By the time I eventually got home, it had become a 17 hour day. What is the point of offering time-slots if your vehicle is not returned after the work is completed?

Very happy with Henry's work. He arrived in the time slot given and gave me an update first thing. Friendly and knowledgeable, gave advice on some points seen while working on the car. Will definitely use him again.

Booked for cam belt/ water pump service as to my shock it had never before been done dispite car surpassing the anniversary. My mechanic turned up on time was friendly and got straight to work. Job was completed quicker than I expected and I'm happy in the knowledge that the works done now guarantee many more happy motoring miles. Fab service and booking via click mechanic was easy and convenient. Fair price considering came to my drive to complete works. 5 star Recomend

2nd time Lee has fixed something for me. 1st was a clutch a few months, this morning was an alternator belt and new battery. He's rung me the day before on both occasions, turned up on time and done a brilliant job. Highly recommended
