Thomas was very friendly and helpful he found the problem very quickly and gave me a date and price for the repair would recommend any day rather then go to a garage in the future.

He cost me lots of money and stress. He came to fix my alternator and as a result had to drain my coolant. He topped it up after but did not seal the pipes correctly. The car was giving me coolant low signs and i kept spending money to buy coolant to top up, I had to buy the radiator tank cover because he broke it and i thought that could be the issue. I called and texted him over and over again for days and he did not respond. When he finally came, he did nothing, just topped up the coolant and left. The car broke down on the road due to overheating and when AA came to check, they discovered he did not fit a pipe correctly. It was really sad because something as little as that could cost me my engine.

Richards’ work was clean and tidy and he was polite and efficient and I would recommend him

Will did an absolutely fantastic job - the car in question, which was advertised at £3495 and ready to drive away was in fact riddled with problems that would likely cost over £1k to solve! Will kept in touch with me throughout the process, arriving on time and performing all checks required. I will certainly be using this service again once I find a car that I like.
