Ciprian was excellent in arranging an immediate tow and doing the diagnostic and clutch change the next day. It needed another part which he sourced at a good price for delivery the next morning and the car was returned later that day. I have waited a few days but have not found any snags so regard the job as successful. Ciprian was excellent with communication and explanation. Very good experience.

Andrew was very punctual, and the full service was performed to a high standard with all items on the checklist carried out methodically without any hiccups. They even apprised me of a worn suspension mount that may rear its head on my upcoming MOT. Excellent stuff. I would certainly recommend Roadside Recovery for this type of work; they obviously have more strings to their bow than rescuing stranded motorists!

Wayne did everything possible to help me out. Turns out I was scammed and van didn't exist. Credit to your mechanic as he tried to find out what was going on and contacted company which was at the address and notified them about scam.

Great guy was running late communicated this nice and early so I knew, completed the work in a clean tidy manner highly recommend

they were able to diagnose the problem with the van . left vehicle with them and they called back about half hour later .. did what i asked and hopefully problem is soon to be resoved
