Wayne did everything possible to help me out. Turns out I was scammed and van didn't exist. Credit to your mechanic as he tried to find out what was going on and contacted company which was at the address and notified them about scam.

Great guy was running late communicated this nice and early so I knew, completed the work in a clean tidy manner highly recommend

they were able to diagnose the problem with the van . left vehicle with them and they called back about half hour later .. did what i asked and hopefully problem is soon to be resoved

They turned up late it was cold and raining I had to call Vio to find out if they we're still coming the original appointment was for between 10 and 12 they turned up at 3/40 2 mechanics both foreign polish may be they didn't say much but cracked on to replace the two coil springs on my 2012 Nissan Juke esteemed price £374. Pounds it turn out the top struts were both very corroded and to be replaced and the left hand front spring had broken causeing damage to the strut so both struts were replaced total bill ended up at £593 the guys worked hard in terrible conditions and as far as I can tell they did a good job, time will tell ? Not sure about the pricing I did think it was a bit expensive they seem to have all the parts required for the extra work previous experience with Nissan Jukes .

Will never use Click Mechanic again! Simple service, brake pad replacement which included brake pad wear sensors. After the job, no brake pad shim was fitted to the front right, causing rattling and brake squeal like I have never had before on any car I have owned. The brake pad wear sensors were never even fitted and the air filter was not reattached properly. Had to book into another garage to get the issues resolved at a further cost. Communication with Kai the mechanic resulted in him saying he couldn't look at the repairs required for almost 2 weeks, plus claimed the rattling was not his fault as shims must have been missing prior, even though no issues had been seen with the car AT ALL prior to him touching it. He did offer a refund for the brake pad sensors as he clearly never bothered to even fit these, however, he would not refund labour costs?? So basically wanted paid for work HE DIDNT do. Rather than admit his lack of workmanship I have now had to take a day off work to get the car looked at by a decent mechanic at a further cost of £100, which now I need a 'verifiable' report. Click Mechanic themselves are worse than useless just stating they are a 3rd party booking agent. My advice, don't use Click Mechanic.

There were some challenges in timings, however Mohammed communicated very well, and as such it didn’t deter from the service I received. I would recommend Mohammed anytime
