He was OK but your system has a lot to be desired. I booked a priority slot on the 6th June and got one for the 7th but he couldn't attend on the 7th so was given another slot for the 8th. The parts where not available on the 8th and had to be ordered for the 9th despite there was no mention of parts unavailable on the 7th. Came on the 9th to discover another part was required so it was finished on the 10th. So from wanting a priority slot I gad 5 days without my car ,my wife had to taxi to and from work. If one mechanic can't do a job for reasons beyond his control then your system should be able to send someone who can. I will not use you again.

Due to arrive between 4-6pm. Asked him at 5:30 for his ETA, and he read and ignored. Arrived at half 7. Called me to tell me what was wrong but failed to mention everything he found, instead just noted it on the file. Then asked him to explain a problem he found and again, he read it and ignored. Late and no communication.

Really bad first from change of break pads end up with motor hand break broken costing extra £900 to fix no communication no guarantee my advice don't think will be easy with busy work schedule to book true click mechanic even after checking all reviews as changing tyres is maybe ok but the man admit he not realizes after change breaks hand break is electric the garage should cover the repair or refund some money sted points fingers and going true website reporting problems is not give you anything apart stress

Fully communicated all issues from having car collected to getting the car back to me, when a driver wasn’t able to drop my car off, they paid for an Uber to get me back with my car, they even topped up all my fluids & put antifreeze in engine coolant.
