I couldn't be more satisfied with the service Scott provided. Genuinely excellent, clearly takes pride in his work. Considerate communication. Called 2 hours ahead of their arrival to let me know they were delayed - still managed to arrive within the timeslot anyway. Front discs and brake pads were fully replaced in literally 10 minutes despite me being distracting. Had no issue at all with me observing and was more than happy to answer my questions as he worked, showing and explaining to me the nature of the wear on discs and pads (they'd never bedded properly and ultimately glazed, hence the squealing I'd been hearing) and confirming that I'd caught it at the right point. He also made sure to test the response of the brake pedal following the install. Job done to a great standard and I learnt a few things. 10/10
