Great and easy service. Replaced discs, pads and sensors to all four wheels while the car was on my drive, in just over an hour. Not having the inconvenience to drop off, wait, or return later to collect is great. I will be using this service again.

Unfortunately he didn't carry out all the works properly. He never removed the wheels so how could he check the brakes? I had an issue with the EPB which he said was fixed but wasn't...I took the car for a full diagnostic check at a specialist where it was found that the rear break callipers were seized and not working: this had caused damage to the brake pads, and discs and was the reason the EPB was not working...the car needs a full rear brake replacement!

Stephen was on time for pick up, ahead of time for return, and transparent in showing and discussing what had been done.

Bill was over 30 minutes late over the allocated 2 hour time slot. He took the car which was booked in for a full service at a cost of £207 but found the brakes to be in a bad condition. I was quoted approx £340-360 for the parts + 2 hours labour. The total bill came to £847, including the service, I was a bit shocked. However, the motor was returned by Bill, who was very friendly, professional & polite. When I drove the car the following day there was quite a loud 'clanking' noise coming from the car. I phoned A1 Autos and they were great, Bill came & collected the car the next day and was all fixed and due to a manufacturers faulty part and it was returned, all done in a very quick turn around. Thank you Bill

Mo was amazing, he fixed the issue at a really reasonable price. Very convenient as he did it at my house without the need to take the car to a garage.
