I was very happy to have the car picked up and taken back as it took all the hassle out of having a service. My mechanic arrived at the right time and was friendly. A second mechanic, also friendly, brought the car back later. There were no notes about anything on the report so I assume everything they checked was OK. Having the car picked up and brought back made life much easier.
