Unbelievable service. I didn't know it was possible to change the alternator of a n E60 M5 on the side of the road in under two hours! I booked the appointment while I was having lunch and he accepted and turned up at 2:30pm that afternoon. Will recommend to anyone that will listen

The mechanic at EFT garage did absolutely nothing and charged me for it. Car was collected a day late and delivered back much later than agreed. No trade plates when driving my car. Person that collected “forgot” he needed to take a video on collection. Complete waste of time using these! Second bad experience within my household using click mechanics in 1 week!

My engineer did a great job. On time, got on with the task at hand, i was working from home and was busy, so great that he was super efficient and quick. Allowed me to get on with my day.

I am not sure what was needed on my car, as the mechanic did not do an MOT test as requested, he did a self assessment. This does not give me proof that the works he said was needed to pass my MOT was actually the case. He did not advise my of his self assessment until after all the work was completed. Not happy at all as all this comes across as dishonest.

Really happy with the work carried out - he even managed to swap over the cover on my wing mirror so it would still match the colour of the car. Thank you! :-)
