It's difficult to check what they actually did, I had a Full Sevice so I checked the oil to see if new oil had been put in and it had, Asim explained what he had done but overall I've lost a day due to being late and advising the job would take 2hrs it actually was 5 and half hours later I got the car back,not once did Asim advise me of delays etc I had to chase him several times to find out what was happening etc.
