Phill the mechanic turned up late because of an accident on the motorway he was travelling on. Once here he diagnosed the problem and then sent a txt later quoting the price,which I said go ahead with but turned up late to fix the problem. All done and seemed OK until I drove my car for the 1st time after and another,different light appeared on my dashboard, when I messaged to see if he could come back,I've hardly heard anything and no mention of a time when he will, 3 days and still nothing,so it's time to book my car into a garage and pay out another few hundred quid. Not a happy customer.

After looking everything over I can tell that a proper job was done and exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be using again.

I regret to say that I am not satisfied with the service provided. Prior to the appointment, I used my own diagnostic equipment and shared the fault codes with the mechanic. Based on this, we specifically requested a professional DPF cleaning service using proper machinery, as we expected a thorough and effective solution. Unfortunately, the DPF was not cleaned using professional-grade equipment, but rather with a small bottle of cleaning fluid — the type that can easily be purchased online from platforms such as eBay or Amazon. The entire procedure was completed in about an hour and had no noticeable effect, yet I was charged £278 for the service. The mechanic claimed that the error code pointed to a damaged DPF, but we had hired a professional service precisely to avoid such assumptions and to ensure a proper cleaning was carried out. I am disappointed with the quality of the work and cannot in good conscience recommend this service to others. It was, in my view, a waste of both time and money.

The machanic was great, but definitely not cheaper than going to a garage, my car didn’t even have a diagnostic check but your still charge for it, even though already knew the issue and brought the part with him and changed it straight away without checking anything else, would only recommend this site in emergency but the machanic I would recommend

Spencer was brilliant, messages exchanged beforehand were promptly replied to and clear..Spencer arrived exactly as stated and he was happy for me to leave him the 3 hours for a timing belt chance plus extras. Took car out for test drive and was spot on. Will definitely use Spencer again, lovely chap! Thank you!

One employee from James started the job but could not remove the belt-pulley done to the lack of tools or experience? So he waited the half day until the Boss (James) came to help. The pump was also to be replaced and that part would come the next day. So the left the job unfinished on that Friday to return next Tuesday. That time, James took on the job and replaced the pump. Upon my request, he started a second Job (rear-axle, breaks and shocks) outside click-mechanic to save fees. At the end of the day, the first and second job remained unfinished. It was agreed that he would finish both jobs on Thursday, and I settled my bill with him, trusting in his honesty. He didn't return! I had to refit the radiator, left to-do from the first Job, and finish the second job. While James is a competent and skilled Mechanic, he abused my trust and refused to refund the hours paid but not worked.
