I cannot fault Kalim in any way! He was booked to fix our timing chain, however, it turned out there was a lot more damage than we first expected. Kalim was really professional and transparent with his communication, not doing any work without discussing with us first. He was also friendly and dropped our car back on our drive as soon as the work was done. I would highly recommend and return for any work my husband and I require on our cars in the future!

Pre-purchase check. Good communication responsiveness through the app before the appointment. However, less quick responses afterwards - took 36 hours to call back for a quick chat about the car - which is tricky when I am deciding whether to purchase it. The report itself was very helpful.

Rarely do I give 5* ratings on these feedback forms, but feel that Danny deserves it. It's the first time I've used clickmachanic and wasn't sure what to expect, but Danny made it a very straightforward and comfortable service. Logistically it was quite an awkward job due to the time of day and weather, but he made sure that I wasn't inconvenienced by that - which I think is quite rare in this industry. What was going to be an expensive job with the official dealer garage, was more affordable with Danny, and much more convenient. Safe to say that I would use his services again in the future.
