After a bit of confusion with the booking (my fault) and whether the car would be dropped off or picked up, I really can’t fault the garage. Their communication was first rate and they really did go above and beyond, thank you. It was a really quick turn around as well, the car was picked up at 11am and dropped back off around 3.30pm.
