He turned up early and got straight on with the work. He was polite, knowledgeable and very tidy. Very happy with the work carried out.

Craig and his colleague collected the car punctually and repaired it promptly with a 2 hour turn around. Much appreciated as my local garage had said they would need it all day…The car is now running perfectly and the engine management light has finally gone off- hooray!

Jon was strangely overly familiar with me even though he does not know me. When I got the car back I told him there was an issue with the engine light still on when I drove the car after pick up and Jon asked me to contact him on the weekend if it was still happening, I did but I have not received a response.

The mechanic was very friendly, and all was completed swiftly. The clutch is now fine, and Sham described everything that was done to my car.

Joey was fantastic. We have had a problem with our car for a few months and had so much work done on it by a different mechanic, which did not resolve the issue. I decided to book it in with a different garage. Joey took the job and I explained the situation with the car. He carried out the work it had been booked in for whilst also inspecting it for the issue I had told him about. He called me to explain the fault and fixed it!! I can not thank him enough. It’s been a nightmare with other mechanics for 4 months! Any future work we need doing will 100% be with Joey. The driver also who collected and delivered our car was extremely polite and careful driving. I told him it was fitted with a black box and he got a perfect score for both journeys! Thank you again. I had requested a premium pre purchase inspection (£275) for a 25 year old Jaguar XK8 convertible as I live far away from the advertised car. I expected that the mechanic who picked up the job would have detailed knowledge of this particular car. Joszef performed a good inspection of all the generic parts of the car (corrosion, suspension, brakes, lights etc). He took pictures of the error codes and forwarded those as well as pictures and a video of the car. I did not get the impression that Joszef had particular knowledge of this particular model. The seller did "advise against" opening the convertible roof and Joszef did not insist. (Wording according to seller when contacted later). No attempt appears to have been made to contact me at the time regarding this. When we spoke later the seller mentioned that Joszef had commented that the advertised price was appropriate which made price negotiation impossible despite several potentially costly issues that required repair before the next MOT (2 months) I have learned from this to request a mechanic with detailed knowledge of the car in question.
