Fred and jamie are fantastic Macanics they are polite they know what there on about I will tell a small story. I was on autotrader looking for a bmw 355d they guy wanted 11250 I got it to 10700 the car looked top spec outside and the guy said he done all this work to it with proof plus mot and good car check which I paid for. Jamie and Fred went to look at the car and the anger and shock both off them had was scary the guy who I was buying off was long story short was going to scam me thanks to jamie and Fred they saved my bank account they don't mess around and down to earth honest people put your faith in the experience thanks guys Oliver

Ion got the job to replace my break discs and pads on the back of my Ford Kuga. Booked in last night quoted £150 ish. ( Then paid £267.45 no extra works. ) Texted this morning asking was hand break electric said yes Arrived said job will be a-bit dearer due to parts costs asked how much 40-50 was told. Carried. Out the work quickly no problem. Nice guy if you get a price quoted it may not be what you end up paying. But overall quick service and I would use Ion again.

My vehicle was booked in for a major service, which was carried out at my home by a mobile mechanic. Dean was very punctual. He turned up first thing and immediately got on with the job. He took plenty of photographs to show the existing condition of parts and newly fitted parts, including make and manufacturer. Before handing back the keys, the vehicle was taken for a test drive. Both the vehicle and work area were left in a clean condition, and the vehicle is running fine. I am very happy with the work and would have no problem using Dean again for future work.

I’m a week late writing this, but that is no reflection on the service I received, that’s purely on me. Dylan and his right hand man were both consummate professionals. Arriving on time, in a smart, fully loaded van, and starting work before I’d even taken the few short strides down my garden path to greet them. They did my brake pads/discs change within the hour, and that includes an extra piece of work that needed doing - which Dylan explained to me in Layman’s terms, and put zero pressure on me to sign off on. I 100% believed it was required however, and saw the fault with my own eyes. Payment was quick and easy with zero hidden charges. Could not ask for better service all round. Dylan is a credit to Click Mechanic, and the auto trade in general.

Ed was amazing from start to finish in my pre-purchase inspection for a van. As I live in Scotland and the van is in England, it was proving logistically difficult for me to make sure I was certain on my decision. He totally went above and beyond, his report was thorough and I could tell he genuinely cared and took pride in his work. He continued to be available to check over receipts/reports after the inspection, which was incredibly generous of him. Really can't recommend enough.
