Excellent service. Car is driving much better, smoother and quieter. The only reason I e not given a five star rating is that when the was delivered back to me there was an empty water bottle on the front passenger seat and there was also a strong smell of stale tobacco in the car, as a person who doesn’t smoke and who has an aversion to tobacco and its pervading smell, that’s a very, very big no, no to me. Sorry.

Chris Casey changed the battery in my car. He was very professional, kept me up to date and informed me when he would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable and changed the battery within minutes. He was very friendly too.

James was absolutely fantastic. He managed to get to me a couple of hours earlier than scheduled. Checked the car and put new pads on for me. Made sure it was safe for me to drive the 320 miles home and kept in touch to make sure everything was okay. Put my worried mind at ease. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Lura was very early, but I had said I was available all day so that was fine. Him and his assistant got on with the job. 2.5 hours. That was including an unexpected Flywheel as well.
