Terrible, I believe the job hasn't been done! The mechanic has much to be desired regarding communication and proof of the job being done!

Excellent service. Car is driving much better, smoother and quieter.
The only reason I e not given a five star rating is that when the was delivered back to me there was an empty water bottle on the front passenger seat and there was also a strong smell of stale tobacco in the car, as a person who doesn’t smoke and who has an aversion to tobacco and its pervading smell, that’s a very, very big no, no to me. Sorry.

Graham was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. However, as a first-time car buyer, I wanted to be present at the shop during the inspection, so I specifically requested a heads-up beforehand. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and by the time I arrived, he had already completed the inspection and left. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for the service.

That said, Graham was very helpful when I contacted him. He provided an honest opinion about the car I was interested in, which reassured me and ultimately led me to proceed with the purchase. Only time will tell how things turn out. Read more

Graham Singh , not sure if they have garage , single set up , real name etc, these were through yourselves and the only gave me a name as Graham .

I have been put off using click mechanic again as this my first time was bad , for numerous reasons ! The car was collected at 11.12 arrived , drove off 11.20 had to check on ring door bell as that came up laters ! They were on time , great stuff . Bein taken away for clutch change , they say need pit even tho did say on the website can be done at peoples home , not sure myself .

At 1.10 get an e mail saying money taken from account ( e mail from click mechanic ) , e mail asking if I’m happy with the work done ? I don’t know I don’t have my car . I message bit laters 5pm asking what is going on etc clickmechanic and Graham , they should not have taken money but was promised car at 7pm as all work was completed and just waiting for driver !

I get in touch at 8pm asking what is going on as need car , get told sorry be there soon , driver be setting off in a little while , given drivers number so can chat !

After phoning and saying be there in hour maybe bit longer , get to 10pm so I ring again to be told by the driver parts didn’t come till 4.30pm and they needed to do a test drive ? This after bein told through messages on clickmechanic was completed before 5pm , I was getting car at 7pm , plus they then said did not take money till job was completed ! It was lie after lie after lie . Very frustrating .

At the moment I am disabled as lost my leg this last six months to find out between had cancer in the colon ( had some of colon removed last two month ) , can supply proof not living in fantasy world ! , this while waiting for prosthetic and cancer thought be easier for my other half to use clickmechanic? No not one bit really , lied to at every turn . Clickmechanic has all the conversation on messages which even shows them lying , would I refer them to gain money off ? No , not a chance ! Would not want anyone go through that themselves .

Only time anyone told me anything was when I got in touch , no communication from their end ! My car turned up at 10.30pm , yes at night on the same day , was it lack of drivers , was it parts came late , did they take money after work was done or before , changing times be delivered . Lies lies lies . Ask Clickmechanic for the messages if anyone needs proof .

Does the car run . YES it does , works like a dream my other half says , only driven once tho ! So not too hasty . Am happy with result but everything between collecting and dropping off is shameful to say the least ! Really makes me wonder if the persons name is really Graham ? Lies just seem to come natural to him/them . Shame because if explained everything truthfully to me I’d have been ok . Tell me taken money ( so what so long as work done ) , dropping off car late ( ok that not great but could organise something that needed to be done , what with me stuck in bed with no leg at moment ) . Just stop the lies .

Happy with work done just needs to be more accurate with timings as promised return of car at 7pm came at 9.15 pm

Yes very friendly happy with the ,work , however I was very nervous as I have never done this before alway used local garages but won’t hesitate to do it again . Good experience and communication with click mechanics was good and easy to arrange

Graham collected the car before the date due but rang me first to make sure I was happy to let them collect it. As far as I can tell the service and changing of the timing belt went very well. I have driven the car for a couple of weeks now and everything is good. Grahams team went out of their way to solve a noise problem which I had incorrectly diagnosed as the water pump bearing. although this was changed with the timing belt the noise Graham informed me was from the crank shaft pulley and they would change the auxiliary belt to see if that would make a difference in the end they greased the pulley and tensioner which has temporarily stopped the noise Grahams team informed me that they would not charge for the extra work and that the pulley and tensioner would need to be replaced in the near future. So all in all very happy with the work carried out the communication and price. Would recommend Graham and his team and have no quibbles about using them again. Read more
