Communication and punctuality have to be improved, I’ve booked my service from 12-14 and the mechanic didn’t show up on time, didn’t message or call me to inform he was going to be late until I message them and ask about my booking, so they phoned me. The mechanic rang me around 12:21 to say he would be here in 10 minutes and he arrived only 12:54 and returned my car at 14:39. About the service itself I think it’s good, just a full service for my car, I drove my car afterwards and it seems driving fine.

Gareth was really good, friendly and helpful. I would recommend him. The only thing that he could have improved on was to send me a message to let me know he was going to be delayed. He arrived 5 mins before the 2 hour window expired. But he did a great job.

Matt was highly knowledgeable ,a likeable man who went over and beyond. I am very happy with the work he did .Well done Matt.

Thomas is a brilliant mechanic, I needed a diagnostic Don to locate a malfunction in the engine management unit.no only did he sort it out he also checked over the engine and pointed out any faults that might cause problems. He is very knowledgeable and explains why things may go faulty. Thanks Thomas.

I'm very happy with the work and the staff, I booked a cambelt replacement, pick up and delivery, they called me a little later as the kit didn't come with a water pump so I wanted to add it, I had to go through click mechanic as I couldn't go through them, so I've paid £170 for the water pump, but it's put down as £120 labour when they have done 90% of the job already and they usually change the water pump when they change a cam belt so it was recommended. Also as I clicked the same day I was charged another £15 for priority slot when they already had my car,? But otherwise I cannot fault this mechanic!
