Not happy at all with the service I got from Mo …looking at his 5 star reviews noticing he does mainly DPF cleaning and diagnostics… perhaps he should stick to that … he obviously didn’t know how to fit a turbo on my car as I was left with a car filling up with fumes from the exhaust , went into limp mode …after calling him a few times I decided to take it to another garage .. to find out he hadn’t followed any procedures, no oil change , no intercooler cleaned , 8 bolts missing and putty on one of the seals to the turbo .. this cost me £2,250 I’ve now paid over £4,000 at the garage to get my car working properly… I had to block Mo on my phone as he shouted abuse , threatened me , called me names … as a woman on my own this was very frightening… he refused to give me any money back …

Unfortunately didnt arrive in window booked. (As didnt get parts day before) Didnt inform me car was being taken away until outside then asked if id collect the car (although did supply a car). The work carried out was fine and very fast although my car now makes a metal rubbing metal sound. May use again.

The problem identified by the AA turned out not to be the problem. Theunus tested other options and re-diagnosed. Unfortunately it was a recovery job and off to a garage. I’d definitely use this service again and Thenus was very good at communicating prior to the appointment, during and after.

His recommendation got me thinking, because he suggested to get a used starter motor, since he wasn’t sure that would solve the problem.paying that kind of money , I expected a 100% fault finding

When I did booked the mecanic I mentioned that repair cannot be done where my car is parked he said that I should re-book because doesn't want to do it in different places. At the end he accepted and he did the job to a different parking space . And told me that he will call me when is done to come and take my car back. But he didn't. He didn't call me didn't look for me but instead hand the car key to customer services on the place I was working. Just to mention that I'm working in construction and I was doing refurbished work there( a car dealer place). Luckly lady from customer service know me and she give my car key back but I though mecanic park my car there and hand the key to customer service. Instead he left my car at the place where he did repair work. That was really a very bad experience. Regards Neculai

Work carried out TMP was fantastic, car picked up as arranged, service, timing belt, mot all done and car returned all in one day.

Amazing service, booked, collected and repair all in 5 hours.. alternator repaired.. only thing I will say for anyone looking to book is to ring the supplying garage to check how the car is being repaired as I thought mine was being done at the house but they had to take it to the garage which incurs costs.. mine was a £60 fee

Callum was great, can't fault his work. He had a struggle to remove the old part but didn't give up and kept reassuring me that everything would be ok, and it was. Very professional, good communication and value for money. 100% will use him again.

Shan is a very good mechanic and answered all my questions for the car inspection. Reassured me that vehicle is in good condition overall and showed me the two scratches on the door and slight minor rust underneath car. 100% recommend him if you're looking for a mechanic for inspection.
