Matthew was great, very punctual and got on with the job quickly. So pleased to have the issues resolved and much easier to have the works carried out at home without needing to take the car to a garage.

They were prompt and friendly and the price was good, but have refused to confirm what part (thermostat) was actually used. There's obviously a temptation to source cheap parts when price is such an important consideration and the fact that they have simply ignored all my requests for a proper receipt, to give me the reassurance that a quality part has been used, suggests that I would not be happy if I knew. Could it be a used part? The 12 month guarantee is all very well, but if a cheap part lasts only a little longer than that it will be a very expensive mistake.

Arrived promptly and diagnosed potential problem in half an hour. How much is required in this field ?

John carried out the planned works quickly and efficiently - explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. When an unexpected further repair was required, he ordered the parts immediately after informing me and showing me the issue and returned the same day to finish the job. The car is now running much more smoothly.

Repair seems to have done the trick and have no issues with car since. Service and communication was very good only slight moan would be I thought it a little expensive although I guess everything is like that nowadays.

Haroon was great - provided great updates with ETAs before he arrived and carried out the work in great time. I was given updates on the progress whilst he worked on the vehicle and he even refitted a fog light which had fallen out, whilst he was replacing my clutch. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I was very pleased with their service, which was very convenient at my home address. I have never used a roadside mechanic previously, I would highly recommend them, especially as a woman driver. Trust and a thorough explanation of my car issues were important and a priority to me. I will continue to use click mechanic in the future for my car services and repairs
