I made a booking to replace 2 X coil springs. Gareth's garage took the job and clikmechanic take a ore authorised payment which will automatically be collected upon completion of job. Gareth called me on the day of appointment and cancelled as his van had broken down . We agreed attendance 3 days later. He struggled with the job and only managed to replace one spring .and could not complete works agreed . Clikmechanic /Gareth then took the cost of original quote £173, and an additional payment of £100 , I would advise anyone using the site to beware of giving card details online to the sure as the amount you agree has no relevance to the amount they take . I am taking this up with my banks fraud team , but advise anyone to be prepared for fraudulent transactions

Very, very efficient. Booked the car in for the MOT. Phone call the day before to confirm pick up time. Mechanic arrrived on time and collected it. Phone call from the garage to sort a minor issue around lunchtime. Brought the car back in the afternoon after it passed the MOT. Everyone very friendly and helpful.
