Mihai was helpful, friendly and responsive. He explained very well what he was going to do, and while working on my van he found another issue (damaged alternator pulley), which was cheaper to fix because he was already working on parts close to it, saving labour cost. I asked lots of questions during and after the job and he was very nice to answer all of them
