Frankesko did an amazing job. Not only was he professional but also friendly, he answered all of my questions and completely put my mind at ease. I had been quoted nearly twice as much as Frankesko and I would have had to drop off the car in the morning rush hour and pick it up during evening rush hour. Frankesko fixed the car at my home address on a Saturday saving me all of that hassle. He worked so hard in the extreme heat and I was able to leave him to it whilst I was out and about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frankesko and should I need help with my car again he is the first person I would contact for five star service with a smile!

Christopher arrived on time to review and if needs be replace the EGR valve on my Zafira. He abandoned the repair after coming across seized fasteners even though he had removed the EGR valve from its mounting. After several days of deliberate piecemeal responses from Paul CM (presumably Chief Mechanic) whom also interspersed messages to Christopher (the attendant mechanic) though Christopher later admitted he wasn't contacted by Clickmechanic during this fake escalation. I have kept the thread and the admission above. All garages I contacted refused to even look at my car because of the already abandoned repair. If a Clickmechanic abandons a job, clickmechanic washes their hands of it and you find yourself on your own as they are just a booking agent. In desperation I put out a plea on the NEXTDOOR APP and thankfully two specialist mechanics responded. One, John, works for JLR and the other Mac's Autos who was on holiday. John came looked at the car and asked how the mechanic was able to remove the EGR without removing the bolts. It was a rhetoric question while he showed me the marks of force applied to jemmy the valve from its housing. John removed the thermostat housing using loads of WD-40 and carefully removed the bolts. He was unable to reuse the bolts that Christopher damaged or bent and so has ordered the replacement bolts (fastenings) from Vauxhall/Peugeot and replacement Pierburg ERG valve. I will have my car back on the road again soon but with no thanks to Clickmechanic.

Absolutely fantastic service! Arrived when he said and called me before arriving. His supplier had supplied the incorrect discs so he went off to get correct ones and even in the pouring rain carried out the work! Highly recommend

Azhar was great - he text me to give me a more accurate ETA, arrived on time and was able to get my car started! He also explained the issue to me and helped me locate a new correct battery which was greatly appreciated.

The guys at Burton motors were great. I got my M.O.T done on holiday expecting it would pass and being told the work would get done the next day. Unfortunately my car failed and they then said it was 2 weeks for the work. This was no good to me as I wasn't able to come back and my M.O.T ran out 5 days later. I put an add out after getting ridiculously quoted by other garages and Burton motor stepped in and got my in today at a affordable price. Took the car down this morning and the work was done in the agreed time. I went for a walk into Burton while the work was done. They got it through the M.o.t and there customer service was excellent. Went through the advisories and ill book with them soon to get them done. Very happy and 100% recommend anyone to use this garage.
