“Jayme was great today, just one point although he had to cancel the appointment to carry out a service and an MOT due to the main issue being a starter motor. He accepted an order that we had to create on the spot in order for the starter motor to be replaced whilst he was there and yet I had to pay an extra £25, this is ridiculous.”
