“Thornbury Tyre and Autos were very friendly and the work appears to be of very good quality. I was rung early on the day of the appointment apologising that the car could not be picked up and asking if I could drop it off, which was actually very nice of them as I had assumed I was dropping it off anyway! At the end of the work, I was offered a complimentary car wash, too. I would recommend the mechanics and the only point I would mark down was that I didn't get a call about an hour before the completion of the work (I actually went to the workshop after the car had been dropped off a few hours and was told the car would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes). The workshop is a little difficult to locate - for reference it is behind Bradford Car Wash, junction of Thornbury Ave and Leeds Road and is accessed via the car wash exit.”
