“The mechanic is fine, very helpful in fact, but Click Mechanic have overcharged me. After a service and MOT (£190) further work was required. I agreed to the extra work and parts (£419) but was charged an extra £40 for a priority pick up to allow the additional work to commence. Obviously there was no pick up, as the car was already with the mechanic. This is not the mechanic's fault, it is click mechanic, and I would like a refund. And obviously next time I won't be using ClickMechanic because you overcharge on parts and labour over and above what the mechanic charges.”
