This mechanic Adel is very unreliable mechanics ,,, hasn’t completed the tasks yet but already charged extra money too n the car still in road (9days already ) He is disgusting!!

I am very happy with the service I received, George at Champion Garage in Ifieldwood, Crawley, was really helpful and efficient. I was under time pressure and he did the work while I waited, which really helped. His lovely wife even made me a coffee! I will definitely go back with any other work that needs doing.

Great individuals personally, however the pick up was much later & outside the designated time window and the drop off was consequently much later in the evening which disrupted my activities. I also had to keep calling and chasing to check whether the pickup was going to happen & likewise for the drop off same day. The job was done satisfactorily. I ordered a car wash and for the price charged and the quality of cleaning delivered, I reached out sharing photos of the quality of the clean and asked for a refund as I would have to clean my car again. There has since been no feedback on the request.

Earl was brilliant. He texted in advance to confirm the appointment with an estimated time of arrival. When he came he was friendly, and professional. It was clear to see that he was very experienced and this gave confidence that he was the right person for the job. The part he had wasn't correct for the car so he went to get the correct one, and overall did an excellent job. Thanks Earl and look forward to using you again.

Oil and filter were fine. After the £68 diagnostics i was told "you need to take it to an auto electrician". Question; what exactly have i just paid £68 for?
