Maz seemed very knowledgable and managed to find the issue that I’ve been having with my car for months. He gave me great advice and was very thorough with the diagnostic. Unfortunately, what he found wrong with my car he wasn’t able to fix as he didn’t have the parts, which is completely understandable but I have taken my car to a garage to get this fixed. I am very hopeful this was the issue with my car and should hopefully have no more problems with coolant draining and engine overheating.

The mechanic was ok but yet again clickmechanic gave him the wrong part so my car is still not fixed but yet still got charged for work that was not done and in process of making a complaint to get money back

Jaime was excellent, knew the problem and gave me good advice, is coming back to do the work needed.

Richard was very polite & friendly and apologised for being delayed by an earlier job. He completed the work very quickly and professionally.

After confirming the booking, there was generally good communication about a delay due to parts not being in stock. This meant that the original appointment had to be postponed from the Friday to the weekend, though the money still left my account. I’m not going to lie, I was not happy the money leaving the account before the work was complete and really nervous that Joshua might not turn up, particularly as the weather was bad over the weekend, and I really needed the part replaced for an MOT on the Monday. However, Joshua reassured me and gave me his word that he’d complete the work before the end of the weekend which made me feel at ease, but of course, until it’s done there’s always a seed of doubt. Joshua arrived to complete the work as promised despite quite bad weather conditions, and was a really friendly guy with excellent knowledge and skills. My car subsequently passed its MOT today. I would have no hesitation using his services again and recommend him as a reliable mechanic.

Adam was polite, efficient and obliging. Arrived at the end of the time slot but weather was horrendous, so this wasn’t really a surprise. Extremely pleased with service received.
