Driver came and collected within the time slot. Was radio silent as you see in the other reviews however the garage contacted me to let me know they had to order in the correct parts and was going to be half an hour more for the work to be done. I definitely suggest having the whole day off because he collected at 9:50am and the car was dropped off around 6:30pm. But definitely would make a booking with this site or mechanic for my car again or my partners car, especially as the price for everything was lower than a quote from a nearby garage for less work being done. Thank you
