Jose was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem and came back another day to complete the work which he did quickly and efficiently. It sorted out the issue I had with my car. He kept me updated at all times about when he was coming and what was going on. He knows about BMWs too which was a bonus.

Andreas is professional. He provides very useful advice apart from repairing. He told me there is a spark plug he cannot replace and advised me to go to a specialist garage to have it checked, and refunded that spark plug material cost he did not replace.
