Kaz was amazing, went above and beyond to help me, he did a very through check and gave me great feedback with photos.

Sheren helped to resolve the issue with the car, replacing the ad blue tank. He communicated well throughout, and clearly explained the issue and how it would be fixed - excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Dan was great turned up on time wrote a thorough report and explained everything that we could have been concerned about would highly recommend him!

Mihai turned up on time and advised that he could get my car back to me the same day. I texted later in the day to find out what time and he said he would have it back by 7pm. Mihai turned up at 8.30pm, and failed to update me about the delay or answer my calls. Also after he returned the car, I took it for a drive and a new warning light came on about the charging system. Mihai did a great job on my clutch but don't know that I would book again as communication was pretty poor.

Zia was very friendly and personable. He was quick to accutately diagnose the issue and clearly lay out what repairs was needed. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about his trade.

Faisal was very polite and kept me informed as the work was undertaken. However I have since received 2 PCN s from DartCharge as it appears the drivers did not pay the toll when using the Dartmouth tunnel! I have contested this as obviously I was not driving the car on either occasion. I am awaiting their decision.
