Great service again, although I had to chase up their whereabouts after the first time slot had expired. Received a call when all completed and paperwork passed over efficiently. Again, only negative was not knowing when the car was being returned. That said, so appreciative of the collection and drop-off service provided. Would definitely use Overdrive and Clickmechanic.com again

He was polite professinal everything you would want from a mechanic kept communicating right up to the appointment

Very happy with the service received from J&T Tyres, car wasn't drivable so they arranged for it to be picked up on the Thursday morning had the work done and drove it back on the Friday morning, which was much appreciated and saved us from a lot of inconvenience. They did a great job.

Person who was changing my coil spring was late and looks frustrated I called him.Dont want give guarantee saying I should change shocks absorbers.Car was doing strange noise and when I took car to bmw service they said my coil spring they fitted incorrectly

I am currently with RAC for breakdowns though the issue wasn’t covered as a breakdown. Once my policy expires with RAC I’ll be moving over to AA as they were fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
