Ashley was fantastic, punctual, friendly and got the job done. Brakes changed over - feels very response and can tell the difference compared to before. Also, feedback brakefluid not possible/not required so got money back - very honest and refreshing. Will definitely be using Ashley again in the future. As promised, I got emails keeping me in the loop about the job and the same from Ashely. He messaged and arrived promptly and got the job done, not to mention the conveniene as he came to me. So that saved me the hassle of going to a garage with my car to drop car off, return and then go back again for pick up. Ten out of ten as far as i'm concerned as saved time and money. Very happy customer here and will definitely be using again.

They accepted the job within 2 hours and were available the next day. They collected the car within the time slot arranged and returned it when they said they would. They took photos of the parts they used and also of fault codes to confirm the work needed doing. They went to euro car parts so the quality is good. Brendon assessed a car at the garage prior to us deciding if to purchase. On this occasion we did not get an update before I started chasing for feedback after the assessment/diagnostics took place. It was getting late in the day so I started making contact. Unfortunately he had a puncture which delayed…. Feedback was overall positive on the car although I did not feel it was detailed verbally. I wasn’t confident of his knowledge on part of the diagnostics that took place. He told me he had to look up what it meant. The email, with a full report, took some time to arrive, I received it later that evening. The mechanic was not aware the car was an N Cat. ( I believe it would have been beneficial to be aware prior to assessment). We found the mechanic apologetic and polite. Our previous experience was outstanding so I guess he had a lot to stand up to.

Overall I am happy. They collected my car, did the fix and returned it in 1 day
