Dan was amazing. He checked my car very thoroughly to find if there was any damage (I’d driven into a ditch to avoid an oncoming vehicle and heard a loud bang). There was nothing wrong but he could see the trail of grass and mud, and found some broken plastic that accounted for the noise. He set my mind at rest, and was very cheerful and willing.
