Zak arrived within the time window agreed, completed the service and MOT, replaced the back wiper as requested and dealt with a minor issue picked up on the MOT then returned my car. A little more communication would have been nice, but I am happy with the job and have no hesitation in recommending Zak and ClickMechanic. So much easier to have the car picked up and returned than dealing with all the hassle of getting home from and back to a garage after dropping off. Thank you and I will be using ClickMechanic next time.
